This wasn't a welcome party in the usual sense — no polite mingling, no early exits. Delphine's signature yellow umbrellas set the scene, magnums of rosé with sparklers moving through the crowd, and the music didn't let up. For one night, Los Cabos felt like the south of France, and everyone was fully in on it.
